Subscriptions 

  • All subscriptions are not eligible for return. If you do return a subscription you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to you.
  • There is a minimum 3 month subscription before you may choose to cancel. To cancel your subscription email contact@onefaithboutique.com.
  • Subscriptions are not eligible for discount.

 Faith Fashion Boxes

      Faith Fashion Boxes are only eligible for return if they are:

  • The box must me returned as a whole . You may not return one or two items and receive credit.
  • Unwashed and unworn, with tags attached.
  • Returned within 14 days from the day they shipped from us for a full refund to the original method of payment. They are eligible for store credit if they are returned within 21 days of the date they shipped from us.

Shipping 

  • For all orders UNDER $75, a flat fee shipping charge of $6.95 will be assessed at the time of your purchase. For orders $75 or more, shipping charges will be waived. That's right, FREE SHIPPING for orders over $75!
  • Orders are processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours from the time of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays), depending on the volume of orders we receive.
  • All shipping is sent via USPS out of Oklahoma.

 

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Upon receipt of your items, please inspect your order IMMEDIATELY! If you believe you have received the wrong item or a damaged item, you must contact us within three days at contact@onefaithboutique.com or call the store at (405) 265-2773, Monday - Friday, 9 am to 5 pm cst. Exceptions can NOT be made if you've had the item(s) in your possession for a longer period, if the items have been washed or if they have been worn.

If you need to return an item for any other reason, simply enclose a copy of the pack slip with the bottom filled out along with with the item(s) you are returning.  Once the return is processed we will email you with the details. 

Returns are processed within 3-4 business days after received (we usually are much quicker, but just in case...) 

You may bring your return in-store for store credit as well. 

Here is a simple rundown of the guidelines for returns:

 

  • Returns will be now be processed in the form of a refund or store credit.

 

  • In order to be eligible for a monetary refund, returns must be received within 14 days of the date your order shipped from us. Refunds will be issued to original form of payment only.

 

  • In order to be eligible for an online store credit, returns must be received within 21 days of the date your order shipped from us.

 

  • YOU MUST INDICATE, IN YOUR RETURN PACKAGE, IF YOU CHOOSE STORE CREDIT OR REFUND (You will automatically receive store credit unless specifically noted in your return. If the return is received after 14 days, it will qualify for store credit only!)

 

  • Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and the tags must still be attached. Item CANNOT be returned smelling like smoke, mildew, perfume, or anything other than what it smelled like when leaving our store. Please be respectful of our business when you consider returning any item. Remember, these returned items must be inspected, cleaned, steamed, and re-shipped to another customer.

 

  • Include your original receipt, and circle the names of the items you wish to return. If you do not have the original receipt, please include a hand-written note with the name of the item and/or the SKU #, as well as your name and email address.

 

  • ALL SALE CODES/ "CLEARANCE" ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.  These items are NOT eligible for return, refund or store credit. (this includes text club)

 

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

  • While we feel we have a fair and lenient return policy, we still have people take advantage. Starting 6/29/2017 we will be notifying customers who send items back that are past return policy dates, or damaged from wearing(not defective), two options: pay for the item to be shipped back to you or we will donate it to charity on your behalf. This is not to punish any of our customers, but to simply discourage abuse of returns.

DISCLAIMER: We photograph each item and do our very best to capture accurate colors and patterns. However, items that appear to have a slight variance will not be considered defective because some merchandise may be slightly different due to pattern placement and/or color tones.
